Become a Community Care Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Community Care Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining care relationships between carers, participants and consumers.
This role involves planning and coordinating services and programs, managing schedules and rosters of staff, whilst working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of the community. The coordinator will also handle administrative tasks, promote community engagement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
